As regards the main process principle and the new process, the new PSPC standard and the up-to-date technical standard are implemented. The PSPC is highly demanding to the surface of pre-treated steel plate and the surface of material after sectional sand blasting. 
1. Improve sand blast capacity 
① In sand blasting, the compressed air is used to achieve refrigeration dehumidifying to avoid moisture in compressed air, which may cause rusting after sand blasting. 
② 1.0Mpa air compressor is used to improve sand blast efficiency.  
③ Steel grit (angular grit) and steel shot are used in mixture to improve the efficiency of sand blasting. 
④ Electrically remote-controlled sand blast tank is used to reduce work hours and reduce the waste of compressed air and abrasive.
⑤ Enlarge the air storage tank and design the compressed air pipeline more appropriately to ensure sufficient compressed air for sand blasting.
2. Improve segmental sand blast capacity 
① The volume separator for vacuum recovery are distributed segment by segment nearby to reduce the resistance from the sand return pipe.
② The Roots Fan of foreign origin is introduced to form a vacuum unit to ensure the vacuum degree for sand blasting.
③ The filter type dust collector in the unit uses imported fluorine filter membrane ultra-filtration device, about which, the purifying rate of 10micron dust in lab is 99.999%. It lowers filtering resistance and reduces dust emissions. 
④ Improve the quality of the back-flushed compressed air and prevent dust from building up on the filter material, which will lead to increase of resistance.
3. Increase the sand return capacity of pit, for which belt conveyor and bucket elevator are employed to achieve mechanized recovery.  
4. Double-layer vibrating screen and curtain type shot-dust separator are used together to separate sand from dust, so that the dust content of the abrasive will be reduced. The large-area fluorine membrane filtering device is used to improve the partial and whole working condition in terms of ventilation and dust collecting. 
5. The down flow cartridge dust collector is used and the number of cartridges of the dust collector is increased dramatically to reduce the wind speed of filtering, in order to prevent dust from making the dust collector clogged, making the dust collecting efficiency for sand blasting as high as above 99.99%.
6. The station for the dehumidifying unit is reserved at the workshop. The dehumidifying unit will be added in when the production is increased and the dehumidifying quality is improved. The dehumidifying units in the booth all work on a total circulating basis, so that good dehumidifying effects can be achieved with less energy consumption. This process has been proven efficient after being put into practice. 
7. The sectional paint spray workshop is equipped with the organic waste gas treatment device and the combustible gas alarm system, and with heating and air supply system as needed in different season, in order to achieve better solidifying effects of paint film. 
8. As regards the design of the system, central control is adopted to reflect the characteristic of efficient production of the modern age and achieve the maximum production efficiency.
The advantages are reflect in the following aspects:  
① The 8-hour working system.   
② The economical, reasonable and comfortable ventilation system and paint fog treatment system.
③ The supporting facilities for the sand blast and paint spray systems can achieve the maximum service efficiency.
④ The system equipment is advanced and well outfitted, hence less dependence on auxiliary service.  
⑤ The abrasive and dust separating system with ensured highly efficient recovery. 
⑥ The advanced central control system.
