[Three-dimensional work table]
The three-dimensional work stable is designed to meet the working needs of sand blast workers in sand blasting operations. The operating workers can stand on the work table and manipulate the shift switches to make the work table move up and down, left and right, or back and forth, resulting in much improved working efficiency. For sand blasting operations with large equipment, it can reduce the labor intensity of operators and increase the working efficiency. The electrical components for the three-dimensional work table are all anti-explosion products, which are safe and reliable and are operated conveniently with low noise. The trolley is outfitted with a safety device, which ensures that the trolley will stop at a certain position reliably when the power source is cut off. 
The three-dimensional work table is strong enough. Sand blast pipelines, blast guns and other relevant articles may be put on the work table, which is convenient for workers for operation purposes. 
 
[Structure of three-dimensional work table]
The three-dimensional work table is mainly composed of the rack, the retractable work table, the travelling mechanism, the elevating mechanism, and the electrical control system. 
1. The rack comprises the travelling wheel case and the lift carriage. The travelling wheel case is made of welded steel plates. The lift carriage is made of U-steel structural members, which are combined with the traveling wheel case into a whole one. The travelling roller vertically stands on the tracks, with its upper part being interlock-connected with the upper guide rail at the inner wall of the chamber by the guide wheel, with its center of gravity totally at the lower part.  
2. The travelling mechanism is directly connected with the reduction gear by the anti-explosion motor, directly driving the roller to run left and right on the track, which has bump-buffering devices at both ends. 
3. The elevating mechanism is directly connected with the reduction gear by the anti-explosion motor. The chain wheel of the double-shaft reduction gear drives the chain to make the retractable work table move up and down in the chute track of the rack.
4. The work table has a face made of riffled steel plate and is outfitted with safety fencing at all sides. An anti-explosion button box is located near so that operators can make operations manually on the platform. The back-forth movement of the retractable platform is driven by screw rod. 
5. A vertical ladder is installed on the rack, so that workers can go on or off the three-dimensional work table freely under any circumstance. This ladder can make operations more flexible, simple and convenient.
6. The traction lift platform is driven by sprocket chain, which facilitates flexible startup.  
7. The electrical control system comprises the supporting chain, the inhibiting device, and the operating button box. The supporting chain is firmed bolted to the upper part of the chamber by turnbuckles. The inhibiting device has a position switch, which is located at the highest and lowest positions of the chute, acting as a limiter and protector. The operating button box is explosion-proof, located at the work table cage, convenient for use by operators. On the button box, there are the main switch and the instructions including up, down, backward and forward.
