[Environmentally-friendly dust removing equipment]  
The environmentally-friendly dust collector, besides specially serving as an accessory for sand blasting and shot blasting equipment for dust collecting purposes, is widely used in the welding and automobile, steel and iron, metallurgical, foundry, metal cutting, electronic, chemical, pharmaceutical, ceramic, tobacco processing, power plant, wood processing, mechanical processing and other industries and fields for dust collecting and smoke cleaning purposes.
 
[Dust collecting system]
This equipment has a dust collecting system which is a two-stage dust collecting system comprising the aerodynamic device (multilevel inertia principle) + the filter cartridge. The removal efficiency of the aerodynamic device can be as high as 90%, and the remaining 10% dust is removed by filtering through the filter cartridge. The biggest difference between it and the ordinary filter-element or bag-type dust collector is that it integrates two stages of dust collecting into one, and it has the merits of small size, stable system operation, long service life and outstanding high-precision filtering, which results in improved stability of dust collecting.
The up-to-date filtering material has broken the filtering precision and service life limits of general-purpose filtering materials. It can achieve up to 99.99% filtering efficiency for 0.5um or larger dust particles, and its emissions conform to the national standard. With small filtering load, low wind speed and the up-to-date air blowback technology, the filter cartridge has a service life as long as more than 2 years.
 
[Structure and working principle of dust collector]
1. Structure 
Dust collector comprises one or several sets of closed units, each of which is composed of one set of conical aerodynamic dust collecting device and multiple cartridges. The conical aerodynamic device is located at the central position of the case and comprises properly spaced grids. The cartridges are evenly distributed at the both sides of the conical body, with the dust bucket at the lower part. The dust bucket is connected to the automatic dust catching unit.
2. Working principle 
(1) The dust and impurities separated from the separation system go to the conical aerodynamic dust collecting device of the dust collector for preliminary dust collecting (aerodynamic dust collecting), by which, 90% dust is separated from the dust collecting device and falls into the dust bucket.
(2) The remaining 10% dust flows out along the air stream from the gaps between the grids of the aerodynamic dust collecting device to the dust chamber (at this moment, the air stream must go to the air outlet of the cartridge through the surface of the cartridge and be emitted from the chimney by the fans) to achieve secondary dust collection after filtering by the highly efficient cartridge. 
(3) As the surface of the cartridge can catch 0.5um dust and the filtering wind speed at this area is low (only 0.015m/s), dust larger than 0.5um is blocked at the outside of the cartridge and falls into the dust bucket after being back flushed by air, while clean air flows out from one end of the inside of the cartridge and is discharged into the atmosphere, thus to realize near “0” emission of dust larger 0.5um, with filtration accuracy as high as 99.99%.    
 
                                                                
 [Dust cleaning device ]
The state-of-art air back flushing technique, which breaks through the conventional compressed air back flushing, is employed to clear the dust from the surface of the cartridge.
1. As compressed air contains much oil, water and mud, the cleaning process is not thorough, and the back flushing tends to clog the filter material, making the resistance of cartridge increase so much, which may lead to the scrapping of the cartridge; as the pressure of compressed air is too high, the strong impact force tends to make the cartridge damaged and scrapped.  
2. The pressure of back-flushed compressed air is much higher than the pressure of the separator; during back flushing, the pressure of the sand blast booth turns from negative to positive, which makes the dust run out from the cracks around the door and the accessory inlets, leading to contamination. In air back flushing, the sand blast booth is always in a condition of negative pressure, the system operates in a stable way, the filter element will have a long time and needs low maintenance cost. 
 
 [Automatic dust collecting device] 
The dust collector has, at its lower part, an enclosed automatic dust catching unit, which is composed of a two-stage automatic blocking valve and a dust bucket. The dust bucket has a dust bag for collecting and transmitting dust, or has a bogie for directly transporting the dust. The general purpose dust catching unit, which is connected by the dust outlet shutter and the hose, is not operated with many troubles, and the shutter and the hose can’t be connected with each other easily, so it tends to make the dust run out, resulting in contamination. The enclosed automatic dust catching unit, which collects dust automatically, has solved the above-mentioned problems and at the same time reduced workers’ workload.
